We collect the business and account details you provide (business name, owner name, email, phone) and the operational data you enter into the platform. Payment transactions are processed by Selcom; we never store your Mobile Money PIN or full card details.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, process subscriptions, send transactional notifications and respond to support enquiries.
3. Data security & isolation
Each business’s data is logically isolated. We apply industry-standard security controls including encrypted transport, access controls and audit logging.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform (e.g. payment processing, email delivery) and where required by law.
