1. The service
DragonFinity POS provides cloud-based management software for retail businesses on a subscription basis.
2. Trials & subscriptions
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and activate only after a verified payment.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Selcom via Mobile Money or card. You are responsible for keeping your subscription current to avoid service interruption.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful activity.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
